I believe that music is from the gods and exercise is heaven...
I have no money for personal trainers, etc. so I search out videos that will inspire me to exercise and take care of my old and lazy self. The children in this video get me moving and keep me moving. My sister did a manda with God and shaved her head.
My sister's teacher friend Liz has mucho muy bad cancer and finally had to shave her head. My sister had asked God to make her friend better as she has three small children.
