I briefly spoke with one of the paramedics that picked her up. She told me my friend was probably low on potassium and her blood sugar was very low at 68.
I suspect she will be hospitalized for a few days. I have tried to call her, but the call goes straight to voicemail.
I'll keep you updated.

While I am not a big fan of Zoom, it is effective for bringing a big group of people together.
I gave them my opinions and a couple of concerns in the post meeting notes, and I got a personal reply within ten minutes.
It's the reason I like PWA. They are listening to the people who use their product. This is the fourth meeting I have attended, and each time, I thought they listened to the people in attendance.

Those Zoom meetings must be way more easy than gathering people together in the flesh. I have stories beginning to gather in my head but I am just too dang tired to write.

I hope your friend is ok and gets proper insurance from her
medicare/medicaid coverage. It's terrible that so many have to ration meds or go without proper care because health care has become a money game and profit overshadows humanity.
