nah, this year spent the whole day doordashing and giving out st paddys cookies with orders.

I celebrated with the liquid  form while watching the baseball, basketball and hockey games yesterday afterworking a couple of hours.  Oh- and made some beef stew with lots of cabbage andd potatoes in my insta-pot.

No , never a tradition in our family and Wiley refused to acknowledge the day even though he was Irish. Paddy's day meant carry on drinking from Christmas before he got sober.

Oooh, I could make that! I just need the parsely. Right now I have a cabbage, quartered, in the tagine surrounded by little carrots, a couple of potates, and swimming in French onion soup. I could add instant mashed taters to that after taking out the cabbage.

I just finished a nice big helping of colcannon.  I haven't made it for a long, long time and it tasted so good.  I put mashed potatoes, cabbage, onions and fresh parsely in mine.  I have enough left for another meal.
