I really love Chinese now and then.  This makes me think it has been too long since I have had some.

Think of it as a Chinese omelet, but crunchier on the edges. It's filled with vegies and/or meat, generally all pre-cooked. 

I put various kinds of pot stickers and shu mai--little cylindrical dumplings--in soups, like wontons. They go from freezer to pot, and dress up a plain broth or simple soup really nicely.

Good morning

I love Chinese food. I have never tried egg foo young. Shrimp & spring egg rolls, wonton soup, potstickers, and fried rice are a few of my favorites. John loves beef teriyaki & General Tso's chicken.
