I did a slice of sauerdough toast spread with cream cheese....probably not the best thing but it sure tasted good. Now I'll be fine til later in the day.

I have days where my breakfast is a bowl of Mandarin oranges in their own juice.
This morning was three medium sized pancakes and three sausage links with orange juice.

And, what did you have for breakfast? I couldn't thing of anything I wanted so I did a grapefruit and a cup of tea. Now I'm thinking I need a little more of something. LOL
