Thank you, ladies. Lee was 72, and in less than wonderful physical condition before he got ill. I had advised him to go to the ER several times over five days before he finally went, but he didn't think it would be 'that bad.' I guess he bet the pogo stick on it and lost.
We traveled over 15,000 together in the summer of 2005 covering the ASA racing series, but it really 'made us' in 'the business.' We made a lot of money doing that stuff.
I am already talking to his daughter on how to handle the book we were working on together. She wants me to take it to completion, and I will do my best to make it happen.
I am not sure why the paragraphs space out so stupidly, but it is what it is.
