Thank you for the suggestion.

I would like to wish your grandchildren a Happy Birthday. Birthdays are so much fun!   The seafood sounds delicious.  I know it's going to be wonderful. In Cleveland, our seafood comes from the grocery store. Thanks for sharing the details about Louisa!  I loved them.  I hope you have a wonderful day.

Congratulations to the birthday folks! Wow, it's been a year already since Louisa was born? I am shocked.

That Bang Bang shrimp is a winner too.

And you are right, it pairs well with Alfredo noodles. Yum!

Re: Re: Dungeness crab is delicious too.

I used to live in Oregon, and I remember trying seafood when we visited Astoria that a friend had caught from his fishing boat. East or west, I love fresh seafood. One day I plan to sample a fresh Maine lobster roll.

Nice to celebrate birthdays of the grandkids... quite a range in age and it

is like that in my family, too.

Re: CCT,

Quite right... I'd have been travelling except for one small thing: Embers Eldercat. She likes me being around this much, and has been especially clingy since Charlie and I started our weekly day-trips. She turns 22 in November. I'd get another cat to keep her company when I'm out, but she doesn't encourage me in this notion.

Re: sassyass,

Living in the Seattle area for over 30 years, we ate a lot of Dungeness crab. The first year was the best crabbing season in memory, and it sold at the Pike Place Mkt for $1/lb. I was spoiled for years after!

Surprizing how time slips by, I guess you would have been on another journey but for the virus.  Anyway you have enough to contend with I expect, just keep fit that is the main thing along now.

What time is dinner? I love seafood!

Crab and shrimp are my favorites, and there is nothing more delicious than Maryland Blue crab. I have never tried a seafood pizza. It sounds interesting. There appears to be a lot of October birthdays, me & my hubby included, but we are next to Halloween. From the sounds of it, he will have quite an enjoyable birthday.
