Have a wonderful and happy birthday. Enjoy your dinner. We don't have Red Lobster here and I always enjoyed it. Miss it. Yes, those cards can be tempting, especially in one's younger years. How well I know. I don't use them now unless I can pay them off right away.

I have thought about both pickup and delivery. It would be nice to have Red Lobster after cooking so many meals at home. Almost all of our food has been made by me since March when they put our state into lockdown. I guess a good way to think of it is that we've definitely saved money since eating at home.

Funny thing, bugs are totally, emphatically not on my personal menu--unless they are underwater bugs! I ordered Maine lobster tails a la carte. Two for me, one for you... but since you can't make it before they get cold, I will enjoy yours for you.

I wish there'd be just enough rain to douse all the forest fires - but not
enough to cause washouts or landslides. I'm sure I'm not alone in this wishful thinking. Enjoy your celebration - sounds like a delicious day is in store.

I haven't eaten out since the beginning of Covid-19. I really miss Red Lobster. Have had some really good times there with people that I love and enjoying their menu. I'm thawing a wild-caught salmon fillet to cook for lunch. Not quite the same. But I'm thankful for it. There are so many hungry people around the world.
