You always offer something silly, funny, or interesting for your fans. As for Elvis, he sure had quite the pelvis! Pat Boone was before my time. I was more of a fan of Andy Gibb and the BeeGees.

Kabu, I have so many favorite songs that I love. I sometimes listen to the oldies channel on Sundays if we are out for a ride and a couple weeks ago I heard a song "Indian Giver" and I always loved that song so now I've been listening to it again. After a while, I will find another song and listen to that.

I found growing up that what was cool could suddenly change a few weeks later. It was tough to keep up with the popularity.

I remember loving the hit parade on radio, Friday nights when I was a kid.
Of course the fact that I was home listening to it meant there was no home football game. The school ran an activities bus on game nights, and it was usually just as crowded as the regular daily one.

It's so nice to read your posts and to hear that folks are looking out for you during this difficult time. I was the older sis so I don't know how it is to be the younger one, but I remember my sis was there wanting to do everything that I did - and do everything, she did!
