Nice to know that Wiley is bearing up. It must set your mind at ease a wee bit. A good job you have got the building work sorted. Time goes so quickly and once the weather changes....

It's good that you had an honest roofer....I too love going to the Kroger's or Sam's Club every day. I have a tracker on my wrist the let's me know how much I walk!

Roof vents are important. They allow for the heat to escape. Hopefully, it will last you for the next 30 years.

It's wonderful that you got to see Wiley and I'm so sorry that his short-term memory is not good. It's nice to treat oneself during a grocery shopping trip and I'm so glad the scammers didn't get to you and that your roof is fixed. Sending heaps of love and hugs to you, dear.

Good for you, spreading the news far and wide about those scammers.
Maybe if enough people do it they'll take the hint and move to greener pastures. I hope when I start losing my memory - which I think is part of my DNA - I'll be neatly tucked in somewhere that treats their 'guests' with kindness and respect and am not a burden to my kids. On the other hand one thing that keeps me going is my long-standing goal of being shot by a jealous wife when I'm 95...

Roof, scammers, grocery prices
I'm glad that the roof job is complete. There are scammers here too. They are targeting people everywhere. We have a block on our phone so that anyone that calls that we don't know we just block them. I won't talk to anyone from a strange number. We also have a security system and I'm thankful for that. Our grocery prices can really add up here too. I've never been one to make a list and I randomly select what I want although if I do have a particular recipe that I want to make I will make a list of the ingredients that I need. I hope you have a good night.
