Re: Re: I feel ya on that. I prefer veggie broth too.

I am no fan of beef. I am a borderline vegetarian. As for the crab, I am from Delaware...seafood baby with an ice cold beer.

Re: sassyass,

I tried bone broth, didn't like the aftertaste, but I have found vegie broth is as tasty as chicken. Mmmm... crab!  I like just about any kind of seafood soup.

Re: Pat,

The mountains grow hazier through the day, but maybe later thunderstorms will clear the air. Staying loyal to any diet can be hard, but keto is easier than some I've tried.

Gonna break it hard, though, on Charlie's birthday when we order delivery from Red Lobster.

Re: Kabu,

I'd like a good dowsing of rain! I am sure your garden is loving it!

Congratulations!

I have heard that beef bone broth is the bomb. That was a tongue twister. Lol...I love soups. I make hamburger soup with lots of veggies. Crab soup is my personal favorite.

Nice to have clear air with the mountain views available in

your neighborhood. And to find the diet working for you - nice to be accomplishing with all the little obstacles like Covid interfering with everything. Be safe.
