Hope you were able to accomplish lots of things today and get that blood sugar down.

We always seem to accomplish more than we thought we would.

hot here too and I am watering now...Well not just this minute, but daily until we get rain.

I find it more likely I'll accomplish something if I have a very

sketchy incomplete list of things to do - sometimes once I get started one thing leads to another and when I turn around to think about it, something's been accomplished. But if I 've got  long an specific list... it wears me out just thinking about it. Glad you were able to rescue your mudtomato...

Re: CCT,

I hope the rain was sufficient!  It's surprising how long it takes water to get down into the soil! Water lilies!  That's a good idea... I wonder if I can put in a little pond for them!

Well we had rain just in time it was becoming desert like. Nothing likes to be water logged though. Unless it is a Water Lily.

Re: sassyass,

Good luck with that! But just in case you can't bbq, a bottle of smoke flavoring makes a great stand-in!

It is cooler here today as well.

We have rain coming. I can only pray that it is gone by Sunday's Father's Day BBQ that I have planned for a month. Pennsylvania weather is so unpredictable. Tomatoes do better in soil that is not sopping wet, that I have noticed this year. My three varities of tomato plants are promising a lot of crops in a few weeks. I am looking forward to a tomato sandwich in the near future.
