I'm a water saving person myself. The best times to save water is when we have it in abundance. It's like money. It's tough to save money when you have none.

I have a water barrel that attracts mosquitos too.
I feel the same way about wasting water though. It allows me to water on the hot sunny days when my flowers desperatelty need it.
