Well done, It take a bit of will power to get motivated , but the result is a good one.

That's a wonderful milestone. It feels so good to get out after such a long time away from the world so to speak.

793. My Garden

A GARDEN is a lovesome thing, God wot!
  Rose plot,
  Fringed pool,
Fern'd grot—
  The veriest school          5
  Of peace; and yet the fool
Contends that God is not—
Not God! in gardens! when the eve is cool?
  Nay, but I have a sign;

  'Tis very sure God walks in mine.

Now your porch is beautiful... soon your garden will be beautiful!

I also bought a few new plants today, mostly vegetables, but also some marigolds to guard them from bugs!

That is wonderful news. I am happy to hear that you are doing good.

I have been flower shopping for the past three days. I love this time of year. It is hard to not be outside where everything is alive and so vibrant.

Wonderful good deed for you to rescue all those plants that

might have gone wild otherwise.  And they are so good for the bees and butterflies - pansies smiling out there, rain or shine.
