Ah, I am so sorry to hear this. That has to be a miserable experience.

I had a MOH surgery in July of 2016 on the very same place that was the reason I saw the doc today. It was about the size of an old silver dollar and about a quarter of an inch deep. This particular situation today was around the boundaries of the previous surgery. If it gets worse, I am assuming that they will go back in surgically remove it.
