When I get into something like this, just as I explain in the story itself, it allows my inner brain to do all of the work and let's my normal brain take a nap.
I live for writing days like this one has been. If I hadn't been interrupted to help the churches (I'm glad to help them!) I would have easily hit over 6,000 words instead of the 4,000 I did total today.
I'm going to take a break, catch some 'Live PD' over on A&E, and then maybe wander back into my office to write some more.
