The entire site is a scam. They don't give the author anything and I'm reading where they just take the money and not even give the buyer anything. I'm also reading that if you hit the DMCA (Digital Mullenium Copuright Act) button that they prominently display, something only a scam site would do, they send it to a honeypot that auto-deletes any further contact with them.
In my previous experience with a scam site like this one, I've found that the best thing to do is report them to Amazon. They have the money and power to shut a site like that down.

Oh yeah. It has happened to me too, and it isn't through Amazon. They have literally been pirated.
