I went wading in it, and I would say that is is still about 50 to 55 or so. You COULD swim in it, but not for long.

80 degrees seems like a good temp for the dogs to swim. And then if
it does warm up to 100 (thanks for clearing that up) they'll be damp and cooler... Happy writing.
