Sorry for you having to suffer through the headaches

I used to have migraines several times a week and a headache daily.  I ate tylenol. It is a wonder I have a liver left. I found ice helps and icy/hot on my forehead blocked the pain. Meditation and relaxation breathing.... deep breath in and exhale slowly letting all your muscles relax. Send me an email or friend me on facebook and message me and I will work from here sending Healing Love and light.

The problem is your whole routine has changed, you are bound to feel different.

One of the worst symptoms is boredom`and the lack of converstion. If you could start writing a book ,it will be hard graft, but it would give you something to cling to.

I remember Bandit giving me a head massage - nothing more relaxing. Love our pets, and the way they love us.

Stress is no good...I do not handle it well so I try really hard to avoid it.  Some stress, though, just cannot be avoided.  Laughing is good if you can manage it.  Something warm on the back of the neck helps me relax.

I hope you feel much better by now. Glad it was just a small inconvenience.

I never met a kitty who liked the flavor of hair spray.
