the second he got pushy I would have been hanging up. Is there no end to the scams happening.

I always interrupt the cheery voice on the other end, to see if it can be interrupted. Those robocalls are quite real-sounding these days. But yours really does sound like a creepy scam.

You spoke with them more than I would have. I think you were rather patient with them. If I want to donate, I will do so on my own. You were very nice. They are scammers.

I've gotten a lot of those FOP calls. I'm suspicious of them as well.
