It was cold, but that jacket had me sweating under it. I've been walking in the forest or along the beaches of local lakes and Lakes Superior and Lake Michigan almost every day in an effort to build up strength and stamina. I've lost a lot of 'fat content' and replaced it with a lot of 'muscle content.' My physician team is very pleased with how my body is holding up. I just bought a used treadmill and Kagan (my friend from down state) and I finally got it downstairs to use when the weather turns nasty.

Cool pictures! And the video also! You're looking quite well, God bless you! May you heal. The Point looks a bit cold for my blood but, nice to be out, I'm sure.
