Re: Re: Ciel

Yes, when she did I did! And posted Wanted posters with her photo on them all around the neighborhood. Someone saw one and called a friend on the block who had been feeding a cat for a few days in their back yard. She went out and got lost, she was only half a block away the whole time. She had only been here a week, and didn't have a bell or tags yet. I was amazed to get her back!

Re:

Well Ciel if your cat vanished for a day and a half, I bet you would be looking everywhere for it. I can't understand where it has been because it follows me eveywhere. Someone must have taken it in or even it went back to its previous owner for a holiday.

Re: RPresta

I was surprised it vanished for a day or more , my brother said it was because I do not keep fussing it, but it wants attention all the time, I did hope it had found another kind home ,but life's not like that.

Re: I love the poem - it only seems to drift as it gets right to the point.

Pat sometimes I look at an old poem and think what a load of rubbish, occasionally it just needs pruning. The cat vanished for 24 hours I think some old lady may have taken it in,it was back this morning sitting under a heater which I leave on in a greenhouse to keep it warm.

Re: Taps

Thank you Taps. Well it is nice to be surrounded by friendly neighbors, I know sometimes one has to be careful not to be too friendly or one might have to hide at times. Only joking.

With all of your goodness and giving to your neighbors and friends, I really hope you are appreciated.  I also hope that your Christmas was very special.  Love your writings.

Don't follow the cat sir. Fill the bowl yourself.

I love the poem - it only seems to drift as it gets right to the point.

As for the cat, well, I've known them to be fickle creatures, prone to tease. It may return and use your gift once it thinks you no longer care.

The cat may come back and recheck the post. And the poem is so true, especially at the end.

Cat will probably come back to the post. That he checked it out so quickly is a good sign.

Perhaps because of all the Doctor Who floating around this weekend, your poem strikes a familiar note.

Cats can bore of things very quickly...The ripples continue to be felt so to speak.
