Poor Wiley. Tell him that I joined him in falling yesterday when my head and my feet did not work together. I didn't really hurt myself but it was so embarrassing because Ribcage was in the living room with me and it scared him to death. He is such a worrier and I could hear him up off and on all night outside my bedroom door wondering if I was still alive. When I got up this morning and he saw I was all right, he went to bed and slept for several hours in daylight.

Yes it is tough going, but at least Wiley has the comfort of love to keep him going. Good thinking you driving, just take care and I am glad that you have some sunshine, it is about time.

I hope the season brings you pleasant weather, and the reward
in flowers for all the gardening you've done in the rain. Sounds like Wiley is maintaining, getting ready to fight back to wellness - keeping my fingers crossed for more apple crumbles to share, and maybe a dollop of ice cream on top.
