No Big V ... The problem is one has to wrest ones mind back and forth trying to remember what went before. it has nothing to do usually with the content . Although I prefer happy themes . You obviously write for your own pleasure. I write for comments probably, if we could talk over the fence we could idulge in a swearing match it is amazing how many variations of the F word there are as you know. Good luck though what ever you do. If the story is cruel and harsh I would put it in the Aldult Blog I have been blocked for calling someone Snow White.

I think you answered your own question: "...to do the story without the words and descriptions would be a waste of time..." Be true to yourself or the story will suffer, I would think. People will read your work if it rings true, and those who are offended won't read regardless. Place it where you are comfortable, and I look forward to reading it.

Look for it
I will. In fact, using your comments and Kabu's as a bell-whether, I think I will start it out there... maybe later tonight. I will moderate it for Blogit use. It was a fascinating story. As I said, I knew this guy in passing. When they started giving descriptions of his vehicle, I told my wife, "That sounds like Bob's car!" Unfortunately, it was Bob's car.

Re: Thank Annicita
I 100% agree. I stopped going to most movies since the early 2000's because it became a contest to see who could get the most unnecessary profanity into the dialogue. I'm not a prude, but then again, if I say those words all the time, then they will creep into my writing. It's easier to just not use them. If I post that story, it will be in the "Mature" section with a warning. I never use 'hot' words to get attention.
Worthless point of attention. I normally use the 'dialogue' spelling but I see the auto correct here wants to change it to 'dialog.' According to dictionary.com, both are correct.

Just post a warning so that those who would like to avoid it can do so....and I agree with Kabu...you have to be true to your characters....however they talk and act has to be true to form or your readers will know and call you on it or worse yet stop reading you....
I use them when my characters demand it when writing...I can hear them talking as I write and whenever I try to not do it...well they stop talking...as if to chastise me on cleaning up their image!

Re:
Thank you for your input. As I wrote, I respect the opinions of those who read my rantings. I will give that 'short hand' method in mind if I do decide to do this.

OK if the story demands bad language it should be included. I just don't care for sensationalism...I think we are moving away from filth actually. If the language is going to envolve a lot of filthy description of female parts i probably won't enjoy it but if you say us M>F>er. I get the point know what I am saying. Of course the words should be put into the published book cos it is easy to warn people that it is for mature reading.
I went a couple of times to read at the mature section here but found it was offensive for the sake of being offensive. I catually thought it had been removed. It is your story, sounds like a compeling read so final say is for you of course.
