Flowers are friendly and easier than people. However their petals fall . So one needs to clean up the mess with both sir.

It's clear Arthur has a great future as a comedian! Which reminds me - I always enjoyed the British comedies we used to get on the tube (telly to you) - we called them Brit-coms - whatever happened? I haven't seen anything new in years! Has life become so grim in Britain that they can't produce them any longer?

Sorry I haven't been visiting here much lately...
That's a fine and lovely flower!
Doesn't anyone like raspberry jam in your neighborhood? Or at least, to make it?

I love Miss Wolfy oldies.
Did I ever tell you that I saw a big bat fall over backwards once? The old man across the way has an old garage he uses for storage in the back and a work bench with his tools. Even in the daytime with the door up it is dark inside except for a hanging bulb over his work bench. One day a very large bat flew out of his garage and headed to our direction. It flew into a tree right by our porch and landed on a branch right in front of our faces. Then it must have closed its eyes because it fell over backwards and hung there all day in the thick follage.

A granny flat would be best Bro. I wouldn't mind one of those myself and save all this maintenance.

Re: Kabu
Well Kabu I have to humour a good many folk so I might as well humour him. I am mortally sick of raspberries, I think I would just like some chips, we never have potatoes they are fattening so Arthur says. I hope you cut your canes down at the season end depends of course if they are Autumn or early varieties. Mulch them with compost if you can.

Re: Katray
I think that the lady's mother as she is 90 would be better in a granny flat attached to the house. Wolfy is married at times, but mostly single, perhaps she is my dream woman and I can't escape from the dream. Oh! dear what a night um, um, can't say mare.

Re: Berries go very well in a smoothie, I use blueberries mostly because
I think I should make some smoothies Pat I have an implement that does something like that, I noticed it the other day but did not bother to unpack the box. Must not encourage him he is always making these little jokes beside being grumpy.

Holidays do seem to attract rain. Weekends have that tendency, too...Things are never dull when Ms. Wolfy is around.

Berries go very well in a smoothie, I use blueberries mostly because
my gut doesn't do well with all the seeds, a bit of banana, pear / apple, half a cup of spinach or kale, handful of unsalted almonds and some water, a minute or so in the blender (Nutri-blast ) and it's a refreshing drinkable meal. Amazingly satisfying.
I liked the joke, but I agree it's odd.

Lol, batty sounding but clever joke; the flower is an interesting and pretty personality.
I can eat blackberries and strawberries even when squishy but not any other fruit in that condition. There are not any truly kind solutions for elder assistance or
care here unless you have lots and lots of money or there are family members who have the time, space, right situation, etc. plus the desire to provide it. Sad...
Now about the trials and doings of Ms. Wolfy Dunn; they are a much enjoyed riot! Wondering if it's my mind playing tricks - wasn't she or is she still married? or not
at all, lol.

nice flower....I love reaspberries but we haven't had many this year. Too wet I suppose, and they don't seem to buy Mexican ones anymore. Yes you must humor the builder of computers....even if that joke was ...Oh well one has to laugh.
