Thank you both. I sent him about 500 words of 'talking points' about my background, my writing history, my life expereinces, and such last night and he called me this morning to ask why I sent it and what I wanted him to do with it. That kind of made me giggle a bit. I've done a few hundred interviews in my life and when possible, I always gave my intended subject a list of intended questions. I always got good interviews and my subjects came across as natural. Hopefully my explanation helps him.
