I have not heard that tune in my head for years, but it comes back
in your "long way to find a fairy." Oh, my does that show my age. I'm glad you didn't ruin your new jacket - I have a habit of ruining shoes when I work in the yard.

Well no use tippy toeing all the way we had to find the little blighters first and do you realize what a job it is to keep volunteers spirits up. No use wandering along doing your knitting or running out of spit by whistling, we have birds for that task, go back to sleep.

I went out to brunch today with Son #3 and Phil and was surprised to see that they both had nice, brand-new warm coats that I had not seen before. It made me feel drab in my same old same old. But I was warm and comfortable.

The roads were very bare on the commute to and from work today...I can imagine what happened next...Always interesting to read about fairies.
