funny how when we stop fussing over the garden it tends itself.  we have been in the eighties here, hopefully the 90 degree weather will hold off a bit longer.

Re: TAPS,

I don't know if you get Yoshida sauce there--a Hawaiian style teriyaki. That's what I marinate the lamb in.  Another tasty one is olive oil, soy sauce, and mid-eastern herbs and spices.

You are a great Mama and a wonderful person. We all make mistakes with our children, I sure did...and what is a normal home and upbringing?? Very few people do as well as your children without good advice and lots of love and supervision and encouragement to be themselves.

I can't remember when I last cooked lamb.  You make me want to do that.

It's in my mind to donate most of everything to Goodwill or the Red Cross

and others - Thinking of having an arts & crafts yard sale because I've lost interest in
making things of Fimo and Sculpey and Papier Mache and I've got boxes full of little
tools and pencils, calligraphy pens, etc. that need a new home. I don't want to just give
them to the charities - I'd like artists or crafters to get a bargain on them...

Re: dsm tchr,

I guess a dark movie or two makes the real world brighter. When I wake up from a troublesome dream, it is often with the thought, I'm so glad I really don't have to deal with that!

This morning I was dreaming that I wanted to take a photo of a rare and pretty little blue flower back to the woman in a far country who had shown it to me.  Like a Nat Geo moment.  Then I found out, the picture was taken in... 1944.

Re: CCT,

Sometimes the bother of dusting outweighs the pleasure in having.  Especially with toe clippings. Thanks, but I have enough of those.  Well, I don't have any, but that's enough.

It is always fun collecting, I used to collect small jugs, but I sort of got tired of it eventually. I think we go through phases. I seem to like things for a while and then lose interest, a bit sad really want any toe clippings?

Ciel, delightful sunday. Mowed yesterday so I stayed in and watched 2 movies on the TMC. Jean Tiernan. Don't know the name o F the first, about the murder by mistaken identity of a female assistant, and the other Leave Her to the Heavens. So dark. 1944 I think.
