Re: jollyjeff,

I like that the landlord is willing to reduce my rent by the cost of paint and supplies, and painting is kind of fun, as the new space emerges from the funky old space.

Re: Pat,

We are also supposed to have a warmish day. Maybe I will go for a walk, as I should far more often.

My balance ain't what it used to be, so I don't care much for ladders

either. But a nice fresh paint job does wonders for the mood, and having a nice big garage space to use as a workshop is a grand idea. It's going to warm up enough here today to tempt me out to rake up winter leaves and neaten up the yard. I need to get the back fence fixed, those high winds have made it wobbly.

Re: CCT,

I kinda lost interest in weed quite a few years ago.   Now I am going for a nice white open space that will be pleasant to be in once the weather turns properly springish.  I did think about the brush-onna-stick idea, it's either that or get Charlie to do it. We have a roller-onna-stick, too, but the roller is too big to reach the edges and corners.

That guy took all his lighting and shelves with him, besides.

Ciel what a golden opportunity to grow your own weed. I suppose it would cost a fortune in heat in the winter though. I'm also wary of other folks electrics. So if you are tempted get it checked out first. One can easily fall off  those steps reaching out to paint a bit extra. I thought that when I climbed up to pin some netting in a high tunnel, it happens so quickly.  You could tie a brush on a broom handle a bit messy but it was how I did the apex of my roof once and still do for the greenhouse roofs in summer.

Re: TAPS,

I'll let you know when I get the table

I always enjoyed playing ping-pong.  Seems like there were several ping-pong tables available in our family, though I've never had one at my home.  I still do pretty good with it after I get warmed up.
