Thanks for sharing the steps of saying goodby to your BIL.  Knowing you drove all that way to be there to hold his hand and let him know you were there, meant so much to him and his family. Not much else we can do at a time like this. God Bless you both and may your week be a restful one.

Well duty done, you could have been forgiven in the circumstances, but it was a nice gesture. Now we want to get Wiley back on his feet so to speak, Eek toe torturer tommorrow. Put some butter on the cat's nose from me.

It's good John got to see his brother-in-law and know that

his sister is in a comfortable, safe place. I'm sorry for your loss. It's been a weary time, but his ordeal is over.  So sweet to read of Camelot and a safe return home. :)

"Not all tears are evil..."

It seems to me that you and all the family made this passing one of peace and love, and renewed  faith, too:  a time of grace.

He is with Jesus now, Grandmummy.  Poppy will see his friend again in Heaven.  My prayers for M. and the rest of the family.  My love to you and Poppy.

Kabu

My condolences to you all! It's always a sad occasion, but you may have given the old boy a moment of joy in seeing you...

Sympathies for you, Wiley and for BIL's family, but I'm sure BIL is much happier where he is. It's harder on those left behind.
