Wow! Beautiful picture, Kabu!! Hmmm - yes, I imagine your squirrels will be force to take up residence elsewhere if this visitor sticks around. April is going to be a wonderful, active month!

Wow!  She is huge!  and so beautiful... but your birds will make a disappearing act if she decides to take residence near by.  Here in Florida we have tons of pigeons and the way to keep them away is usually to get a ceramic owl and place it in the roof of the house... They go away immediately  loll  Be well my friend and hug Wiley for me :-)

I love that picture.  Owls are so special.  You mustn't begrudge him a squirrel or two.  Just keep Mr. Graysome out of the reach of his talons.

Even we have been told to expect a little snow, just a bit of the loads that slip of the trucks as they're heading North...And the pic of that owl is fantastic! What a beautiful bird...

Oh she/he is beautiful. I hope it is not a night screamer, some down here are. They scream just like a woman and will scare the dayligts out of you if you are not expecting it or don't know they are about. I am so happy the children are coming to visit you and to America, I hope they will be treated royaly here.

Your owl is just beautiful, Grandmummy.  Now, don't fret about your Grandbabies and Mr. Graysome.  Yes, cats are indeed territorial, but for the most part they can be gentle with children, provided they aren't being tormented, which I know your grandchildren would never do.

Did you know that owls are one of my favourite birds?  They represent the almighty wisdom of God our Father.  Doves are also my favourites, for they represent to me the peace and grace with which Jesus was sent to us.

I am so happy you got to have a chat with your family.  I am thrilled that they are coming for a visit in April.  Now, if only I could get to Canada!  Please give them my love, won't you?

I know there aren't many people in the area due to be affected by that horrible cyclone coming, but I will pray all the same.

The ladies and I will weather this storm just fine, promise!  Now, you bundle up and snuggle close to my Poppy wiley one and give him a big hug and a kiss from me!

Love you...

The owl is gorgeous. I'd keep Mr. Graysome inside while he's there.

And the squirrels, little chipmunks, etc. need to stay hidden. I hope your grandkids love Camelot and have a wonderful trip around this neck of the woods. :)

How exciting for you! It is going to be a great visit! The owl is gorgeous, too! And, by all means come on down and take care of the bank and the agents for me! This has gone on far too long! LOL! I am with you, I have a son who will do whatever I need but he lives 2,500 miles from me and the other one abides by his woman's wishes, er, demands! LOL! There are other people around who will give me a hand with what needs to be done so I will be okay at the end of the day! She did shock me with her blatant response! When I told my daughter she was fit to be tied and I think my SIL is still in shock! I could see it it I was one of those moms who demanded that he drop everything at my every whim but I don't ask for help until I truly need it! Life goes on and we have to make do with what we have! sam
