I suppose there are many combinations to experiment with when it comes to leftovers. The bottom line is, as long as nothing is thrown away! Sometimes, certain foods actually taste better after they have "fermented" for a day or two! Nothing wrong with leftovers ever!

I'm like TAPS - whatever is left over goes into the freezer (much to my doggies' disgust) and comes out later for winter soups.

I wonder sometimes but I always hear abt people eating or drinking out of

cans. Wouldn't freshly cooked soup be a better option, even healthwise?

I freeze leftovers in manageable-size Zip-lock baggies, even liquids like gravy, and broth, write on them what they are and try to keep my freezer organized.  Then I pull something out now and then later and make some kind of soup out of them.  I love soup.

Sounds good. And I improvise with leftovers, if my LSW lets me...
