Re: majroj

I'm always surprised when you decide to give us a visit.  I thought you might have given us a little post, but I found nothing new.  Hope you are healthy and wealthy.

Haha! Love this! I often have to ask the older rug rats what the youngest one means when he jabbers away, and this on a daily basis! As for the terms even my 7 year old uses, Mémère has to be educated on those too, which he does quite patiently for a young 'un. Bali is 5, and like Megan, gets upset when I don't understand what he is telling me. It's so great that you get together every week like this!

My wife and I have no children ( or grandchildren, obviously ) but I have grown up with 15 nieces and nephews, and can understand those occassions when the overlapping banter from several different "young" sources can be overwhelming . . . and confusing. One at a time, little ones, one at a time!

It's so nice to have calls from the family members even if you can't hear most part of the conversations especially when it's on loud speaker. I love the picture so much!

It all happens too quickly Taps like those characters in cartoons, I expect the kiddies think Gran knows a lot she agrees with what we say.

i used to say what?   alot now i just say wow! or thats great!  cuz it's not so much what they are telling it's the fact that they want to talk with you....so much love coming through that's what counts!

Been the translator, been the grandma pretending to understand

what the toddler says...  Maybe you need a speaker-phone code to the parents, so you can say, "Oh my, really?" to the kidlet, and add the magic words to request translation without hurting the little one's feelings.
