Poor WileyFriend; plumbing problems are the worst!

And I think just having you (and helpful Mr. Graysome..:)) close by is a big comfort, Dear Kabu. Hoping everything is running as it should now..

With all that frustration there is no doubt in my mind that he is speaking a foreign language, too! I do hope all has been resolved by now! sam

Well, I don't think that language is necessarily foreign, but it can be somewhat of a stress-releaver! And I hate to say it but, it doesn't surprise me that some of those parts are cheaply made and easily breakable. Unfortunately, that's how it is today!

I find that when we have major mechanical issues at the car washes that I stay out of the way as well.

If there's any consolation here.....

This week was my first actual vacation in 18 years......I went to Florida.  I get back and find that the washer stuck in the fill cycle the day I left.....so water has been running through it for 7 days.   The old cellar in my house in Bumfolk had a sump pump to drain excess water out.....but the washer (We lived in the country) fed into the sump pump and the excess water exceeded the capacity of the pump......

So I have a celler with 4 ft. of water, a new water heater ruined, and a sump pump burned out.  So...so much for the vacation.....

other languages.  LOL :)

Poor chap, I have insurance I hope for that sort of thing. I did do one fitting outside and it drips, but I did that on purpose, so I tell everyone. I know when it is still turned on  further back. Keep out of the way, good idea.

Kabu

I hate leaky sinks, leaky bathtubs, leaky boats, leaky anything! That's why I call the plumber at the slightest sign of a leak, 'cause I ain't got Wiley's talents...

Kabu

Sweetie, that is not a pretty scene. Kitties are so prone to be the beginning of a lot of trouble but they always wind up as the star of the show. Just wait and see when Mr. Wiley gets it all fixed and well again, has a good rest he will love the cat again. LOL
