I have this digital "atomic" clock that resets itself automatically
and tells me the date and day of the week, the time of day, the room temp. Otherwise I'd be so confused... BTW the clock cost around $20 at Target a couple years ago.

With it the 4th of July having been this week and being on vacation, it does feel like a nice, long weekend to me...That's a funny joke about getting the days mixed up.

Most days I have to stop and think what is today, Sat or Sun are just another day to me unless I have to do something like go on a job

I don't like the Monday off thing it seems to shorten one's life , but only by one day, so it is not too bad.. Well I shall have to improvise do you know the birds are eating a whole bag of shelled sunflower seeds a day. I don't think anyone else is feeding them, in Winter we hardly see a sparrow. That's 1pound and eighty pence per day, when I started work I had 50 pence a week that might have been enough to feed the birds in those days, I could not afford to feed your chipmunks

It has been confusing with a holiday in the middle of the week.
I am forever forgetting the date of the day. I always have to ask even with my Blackberry in my pocket. Da Uh LOL The joys of the golden years.
