Too bad some of that rain doesn't move south
and put out some of those wild fires in the southwest -- smoke all over Denver, people being burned out. It's been so dry over so much of the continent. I fear the mosquitoes now that they've found West Nile virus around the state.
Hope you can catch a nap later.

Come into the rain Kabu , guess what they are lifting the ban on hoses as many places
are flooding. I know you cannot remember but I forecast this in the middle of the worst drought for years. The old saying if The Ash before the Oak we shall sure to get a soak.
I am now an acclaimed weather forecaster. I noticed my heating was on and it was appreciated.

How come you've got such awful weather up there? Here it's been serene, nice and hot every day, although not quite as hot as in Calcutta; and then, every night, beginning at 2:15 and ending at 3:15, we get our lawn maitenance rain...

Well we had that weather over the weekend - we did need the rain but it got messy like that. I guess it just moved up your way, maybe it will continue further up to Alaska or somewhere. I do hope tonight is better.

i hate mosquitoes....when i was in monetrrey mexico i was so allergic to them that i had welts from each bigger than a silver dollar!

The mosquito sounds the worst of all. I'm actually frightened of them because mosquito bites on me turn into saucer-sized welts and the itching of them drives me mad.
