Aahh Kabu

That is such a sweet and loving treat you shared with us.  (Not so much the banana cake, but the treat of reading how you threw it altogether.

I can't help but get that virus occasionally myself.  Thanks for the recipe; it sounds delicious!  And you can't beat a built-in maid/dishwasher to add to the mix !!

Kabu

Sounds delicious! And that Wiley cleans up afterwards is only fair: after all, you're the chef, not the plongeur...

Kabu it sounds real fun when you do not have to clean up afterwards. I might even try your recipe throw some dried fruit in as well. I once knew a man who scraped the insides of banana skins with a spoon, he said he could not let that part go to waste. I don't somehow think it would be hygienic.

Because I am the cook in our house I will try your banana cake. Thank you so much for your kind comment, I posted a comment as well about her state social worker. I guess I know the final out come that is really nothing more than the warehousing of human beings, I guess it is just a little more than I feel I have a right, or responsibility to take on when she has closer family who should be involved. Maybe that is the post I should make, the dysfunctional family in old age.
