LOL. I don't think that the world is ready for Mr.  Graysome to be out and about....As a related aside I noticed that he matches the carpet well.

Kabuiepie-;)
Well now and then he has to make a run for it and that just shows he's alive and happy and can do it. There's no way that pampered woose will go far from his food.

my cat did that the other day, I like having here where I can keep an eye on her, the only thing I worry about are the people snagging her.  Tomorrow she goes on a nice long ride with us, hope she does ok.  My vote stay inside Mr Graysome

Typical cat... always wanting that bit extra!

Cats are a lot like politicians. They cozy up; win your affection; then
demand to go their own way.

I had a cat who had the freedom of the house and yard.
She never wandered very far afield, shared the habitat with our dog, but we weren't living next to big woods where wild things ventured close. I'd keep him in as much as possible, too.

Amazing how experiences can be the same the world over....

WEll I asked my cat and she said she is a hipocondricat and cannot stay indoors but of course we have no big nasties tame enough to swoop down although there are two Kites which the rooks don't like  and I think it is keeping them away fron the walnuts this year. I will have to spoil my vote.

He's got sleek fur...
Like our gray one, but ours is decidedly an outdoor guy, he goes nuts when he can't go out.  And he still sleeps on the end of the bed!  We have a special towel that he somehow knows is his place.

Oops...I meant to say we have lost several cats.

I agree with you Kabu, we have several cats to neighborhood dogs and it is just heart breaking. I watched a show on cable that showed how some folks make out door inclosers for their cats so they feel they have free rome of the outside world and they can watch their furry and feathered friends all they want, or just curl up in the sunshine and take a long nap. I am thinking about making one for our cats next spring...I love your stories about Mr. Graysome.

If I was Mr. Graysome, I'd be voting to stay inside....
That pic you got of him on his hind legs is priceless....

I would vote inside too!
He does get to outside and what a loving, easy life.  The cat's meow, lol. Well conveyed, Dear Kabu..

I wonder what he would say if he could choose.  I'll just bet it would be a difficult decision for him to make.

So Mr. G. has become an escape artist? Yes - you has better decide for him, Kabu. He is a male, after all...and, in general, males tend to be reckless when making decisions.

If I were the cat...I'd vote for staying in the luxury all inclusive (inside)
