Leveling the RV...
I got mine where I like it, which oddly enough isn't perfectly level, the sinks drain better if that side is a little lower. Then I put some levels on so now when the bubbles are centered I know I'm good! Our loft is pretty roomy, but even so it's too confining for my wife.

Around here at night I can never tell if someone is shooting guns or playing with fireworks.
They seem to sound the same to me.

Re: I think living in your big picnic pasket would be a bit claustrophobic
Yes it can be... I am figuring out how much room I need to keep open to avoid that, and it seems to match with enough room to allow for a visitor or two, if they aren't too big.

I think living in your big picnic pasket would be a bit claustrophobic
after a month -- but it's something I've thought about. It seems kind of un-green to live in a whole house all by myself, but it would cost a lot more to live almost anywhere else.

Re: My Dad had a railway carriage for sleeping quarters on a parcel of bush
I always thought it would be more than cool to have a decommisioned caboose in the yard, for a playhouse, or guest room or ... well, anything.

My Dad had a railway carriage for sleeping quarters on a parcel of bush
land that he was clearing. We named it "The do drop in."
