Lovely of you to even write when you must be tired from all your 'visiting' as I know You were a delightful, sharing Hostess - with the mostess --- and I'm wondering did you find a Gnomess?  a Fairy??? Hmmm...I wonder if those Kangaroos are being careful not to step too hard - you never know where they could be hiding ... (LOVE THOSE ROOs ) and love you too, dear Kabuski ~  - Connie Elyse

Glad your friends could travel that distance and visit and you can visit too.  Kangaroos are so winsome.

I find it amazing how transportation has developed. I wonder what will come next.

hubby
told me they had a pet kangaroo when his parents were missionaires in Ausie land. He said it was just a baby who had no mother and they raised it, then when they left someone else who came in to take their places took over. Cute pix, glad u got some rest

Kabu
I think you're entitled to a lazy day (or two) - don't you?

NO My father used to take me and in one year my next door neighbor playmate Glenda to pick raspberries. They grew on the backland of the dairy. It switched to processing milk. I go to my podiatrist on that land now. However there's a dairy plant nearby here love. BC-A, Bill’s R®st

I like a lazy summer day too! And why not catch up on sleep while one is at it! The weeds are endless! I make a trek around my place in full once per week and then sometimes during the week! I aver I can pick them out of the yard and the minute I walk away I know one is lurking to sprout up and give me that 'evil grin' but I will get them! lol sam

Dear Kabu    I always thought it would be fun to be a clown and box a kangaroo, just a small one. Hm one of the Gnome females that stayed at home we know all about those from your own lips. I keep elaborate copies, but I expect you have forgotten. I will send a transcript in code if you wish. Do you have blackberries those that look like raspberries but are a different colour.?

Good for you & Mr. G.! We all need days like that. It would be very interesting to hear what the female gnomeness has to say!

Always good to take a day to yourself
boost the batteries and make the rest of the week go better. It has been so rainy here and everyone has been wanting afternoon siestas.  I took advantage this weekend and curled up for  Bond marathon and slept the day away. Many Blessings

I love loafing days..:)
Refreshing for the mind, body and spirit. I've piddled a bit with my flowers today; happy that my lilies are in sunny-yellow bloom. Great picture, Dear Kabu!
