Hi you 2. Well all I could discern from the photo is that a different kind of shoe is worn on each foot... They have different bottoms at least. I haven't seen such but then I live so far from a large city that they have to pipe internet in on a grapevine.

I Googled it and came up with it's usually a sign of bullying (the bully tosses the shoes were the victim can't get them).  Almost wish I hadn't Googled because now I'll look at the shoes quite differently.

I didn't know they had a meaning.  There is one of those at the entrance to our complex.  It's been there longer than we have.  The shoes are starting to look pretty bedraggled by now.
