i read that article.  It's amazing how many calories
you burn.  I've been wearing a meter and I'm burning
525 to 670 some nights.  You are right I need to eat
more often and better.

I was totally out of control last week. You are right.
This week is going better.  I'm going to exercise but
I ate Subway and I'm trying to find a balance this
week.  Not too much exercise and less junk food.

I was just diagnosed with diabetes
so I have to stick to an exercise regimen too. Fortunately it's easy for me because I have a lot of free time.

working out and eating right is good when its the right combination, you are using up too many calories when working out, you need to feed yourself more often so the calories are used up correctly

perhaps all that work plus so much exercise and then the fast food
junk is a combination ...perhaps you are tired and overwhelmed....I would need a day in bed for sure.

I feel that Shelly's approach is the right one here. In my case I often find that weather is the biggest influence on my mood because of the business aspect.
