Oh, how I feel for you! When I started golf again, I could hardly move for several days. Why do we torture ourselves so in the name of fitness?

How very energetic you sound.  I'm proud of you ~ I have some kettle balls I bought --- I tried them and when I almost hit my head I thought a minute more and well, I need to dust them off.  I am tired after reading all you're doing but oh my, what an inspiration you are.  I can imagine you would stock up on Advil.  (ouch) ~ Elyse

The last time I joined a bona fide fitness group and participated regularly, I was somewhere in my 40's.  I really did benefit from it and kept it up for quite a long time.  Then, like always, I gravitated back to walking and my own group of exercises alone in my home which were always done on a more sporadic basis.
