I was aghast at the hospital incident! And I thought this was a good post to clear your take on things! For me, there's always a reason why 'labels' find their way to attachment! sammy

I feel personally mortified that you could have been treated so badly in hospital. The Christian gospels (especially Matthew's gospel) contain far too much anti-Jewish polemic, which - clearly - is still being used today to slander and hurt. I apologise on that nurse's behalf.

As a Southerner, I have to agree
with you. People are people whether they live in the North or the South. I've met rednecks from New England and arrogant ill mannered people from the Southeast. Unfortunately, though, we Southerners are still thought of in many circles as ignorant, backwoods yokels who are racist Bible thumpers. Some Southerners may be all that, but most of us are not.
