I hope that it never ever happens to you again. It is a terrible feeling to find oneself vandalized or robbed anywhere, but especially in the place one calls home.

I know exactly how you feel unfortunatly it happen to me last year
I felt like I was raped, and for a long time I would take a look at my house before I went out and wondered what would be there when I got back. Of course I got a bank deposit box, too late, but that was the only way I could feel safe when I left the house. I stayed in that place until a few months ago when I moved,
but Thank God I was not home when they came because they could have hurt me, thank god there are things they did not take, and thank god for the opportunity to get over an invasion. It only made me realize how unimportant the physical attachments really are. In the end we leave it all behind anyway.
So it only made me stronger and wiser, because I was not going to let it create the rest of my life as a paranoid schitzo.

I understand what you are saying, it's the violation! I am sorry for your loss but very happy for the things that were vital remained! It is amazing they just wanted jewelry at you place! The Lord is marvelous. Loved the news on Ashish! Shelly

So sorry to hear about this awful experience and I don't wonder you feel violated. But very glad to hear Ashish is doing a little better. Will continue to keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.

I remember the shock we had when we returned from my Mom's funeral and found her house had been broken into and her things had been gone through and Blake's things had been stolen. Sending the Light of God's protection and a Prayer of Protection we say at our church. The Light of God surround you. The Love of God enfold you. The Power of God protect you. And the Presence of God watch over you; wherever you are. God is and all is well. Prays for Anish for Healing. Many Blessing:)
