I love being around elderly people who are young at heart. My 92 year old aunt is like that. She walks and stays healthy. She looks 20 years younger than she is. She has never smoked also.

Well I sat down today and did an alzheimer's test and passed with flying
colors so I am feeling rather chuffed. Of course it was just one of those email sent to you things but still........
