There just isn't any easy way is there, or even any reasonably sensible way.
I'm so glad that you are a knowledgeable and sensible person with a great sense of humor.  It will serve you well in the longrun though down periods are sure to hassle you now and then.

Re: Tedious silliness and so off putting as to be unprofessional and they

I agree... the time they spend trying to take short-cuts to make their machine run smoothly, they'd be better to spend actually seeing people who need them.

True, also, though, that there are likely more who need them than there are qualified people to help, and so there is a queu...qeue?  long line.

Thanks, Elyse.. !

Maybe it is some kind of test...  if you get the joke...  if it makes you laugh... or makes you mad... or makes you cry...   ?

More real information there, than in all those pages of questions.

Re: Well I suppose it was therapy of a kind

Azur, actually, I don't think they chose it, it just happened... They probably have a stack of assorted cutesy icons and they routinely grab the one on top... I got lucky, I got Goofy!

And thanks, yes they have settled, and yet continue to be interesting--to me, at any rate...  :)

Tedious silliness and so off putting as to be unprofessional and they
DON'T see it, do they?

I called for an eligibility appointment over something similar and told them how scarey everything was and they, they could not see me for three more weeks. My dead zombie might have visited them at that time for all they cared.

Well I suppose it was therapy of a kind
How odd they chose that.

Glad things have settled down
