I understand sadness... truly. When I was young, my mom got me one of those punching clowns. Sand in the bottom, always stood back up. I loved that. I think we could all benefit from something like that. Humans are strong, even when we don't believe it... It's okay to cry, it helps us find our strength. Goddess Bless.

A dozen roses, a hug and lots of love sent your way. I hope you feel better and try to think of funny things that you've seen and experienced in your life. When it is dark let the sun shine. that light always over powers the dark. Think of the time you were in 1st grade and that ugly dumb kid farted in the class and how all the kids laughed and the old battle axe teacher yelled 'Children Children that's enough'. Think fun, think joy, think laughter.
