I think this sounds like a good opportunity, but one thing I disagree with you and agree with dad, you need the lower gas prices and a discount on car wash. People are looking for bargins and will go where they find them. Good luck on whatever comes about.

I think that there’s a lot going commercially for Location A. As you wrote the rent’s always a crucial factor. You’re dealing with a company not an individual landlord. Their go between might act coldly. I hope that you’ll receive low rent. I work in another department for a week. I guess that American capitalism is healthy especially nowadays. Good luck.
