Can't ask for a better ending than being surrounded by family. As far as your husband's "knew knee" goes, it will be tough at first (so I've heard and seen from my father in law), but will ease up after a month or so. I'm sending you prayers for a fast recovery....Mal

I had to smile about the pressing the meds button and not caring if the nurse came.
Yes it sounds like it wasn't such a bad way to die. Not too much time for pain but some time to say goodbye.
Takes care of you too Ciell amid all of this.
